Terms of Service

Last updated: September 1, 2026. By using Free Domain Mail, you agree to use the service responsibly and lawfully.

Free plan and service limits

The free plan has anti-abuse limits, currently up to two new domains per day, five sent emails and ten received emails per day for each domain. Limits may change to protect users, infrastructure, and sender reputation.

Acceptable use

You must not send spam, phishing, malware, illegal content, deceptive messages, or automated bulk mail. You must have a lawful basis to contact every recipient. We may suspend accounts or domains that threaten service safety or violate these terms.

Domain ownership

You may connect only domains you own or are authorized to manage. DNS verification proves control at that time; it does not grant ownership of the domain.

Availability

The service is provided as available. Email delivery and inbox placement can be affected by third-party networks, recipient providers, content, and domain reputation.
