We process your account email, hashed password credential, domains you connect, DNS setup status, mailbox addresses, and email messages required to operate the service. We do not sell personal data.

How we use it

Data is used to authenticate your account, verify domain ownership, deliver email, protect against abuse, troubleshoot the service, and meet legal obligations. We retain operational records only for as long as needed for these purposes.

Cookies and analytics

Essential HttpOnly cookies keep your signed-in session secure. Optional Firebase Analytics runs only on public help and legal pages after you choose “Accept analytics”. We do not place Analytics on inbox, message, mailbox, or domain-management screens.

You can reject analytics cookies, sign out, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of account data where applicable.
