Verification codes without your real email
Temp mail for OTP and verification codes
Open the free temp inbox, paste the address into the sign-up form, and the one-time code appears with a copy button as soon as the email arrives — no need to read through the message. Verification links get an open button too.
Free · No sign-up · Mail deleted after 10 minutes
Get an OTP in four steps
- Copy a temp address. The homepage gives you an address at freedomainmail.info or freedomainmail.link, or you can choose the name.
- Request the code. Paste the address into the website and ask it to send the verification email.
- Copy the code. The inbox refreshes by itself. The detected code is shown above the message with a copy button.
- Let it expire. Messages are deleted automatically 10 minutes after they arrive.
Which option fits your OTP
| Feature | Free public temp mail | Your domain + API |
|---|---|---|
| Best for | One-off sign-ups | Accounts you may need again, automated tests |
| Who can read the code | Anyone with the address | Only you |
| Code detection | Automatic | Automatic, or exact with a pattern |
| Mail kept | 10 minutes | 30 days |
When the code is hard to find
Some emails contain several numbers — an order number, a phone number and the code. On a custom domain, the API accepts a pattern such as "Your code is {code}" or "key: {digits}" so it returns exactly the number you want instead of guessing.
Do not use public temp mail for important accounts
A public inbox can be read by anyone who knows the address, and the mail is gone after 10 minutes. For accounts you need to recover later, use your own domain so the codes stay private.
Common questions
Can I receive OTP codes with temp mail?
Yes. Any website that emails a one-time code can send it to a temp address; the code is detected and shown with a copy button.
Why didn't my code arrive?
Some websites block known temp-mail domains or delay email. Try the other public domain, wait a minute, or use your own domain, which is not on public disposable-domain lists (though a site may still block it).
Is the inbox private?
The free public inbox is not: anyone who knows the address can read it. Inboxes on your own domain are private to your account.
Can I get codes automatically in a script?
Yes, on a custom domain. GET /api/v1/code returns the latest code for an address and can wait up to 60 seconds for a new email.
How long are messages kept?
10 minutes on the public temp mail, 30 days on a custom domain.
