Refund policy
This policy explains the limits and responsibilities that keep the service safe for recipients and users.
Scope
This policy applies to paid plans. Paid plans are billed through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Your first domain is free and never requires payment.
Refund window
You can request a full refund of any payment within 30 days of that payment.
How to request a refund
Email support@freedomainmail.com from your account email address, or contact Paddle's buyer support at https://paddle.net. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method.
Cancelling
Cancelling stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Outside the 30-day window, the unused part of the period is not refunded pro rata.
Removing domains
Removing a paid domain lowers the number of domains billed from your next renewal. It does not create a refund or a credit for the current period.
Exceptions
Charges are not refunded when the related address, domain or account was suspended for violating the Acceptable Use Policy or these terms.
Retention and limits
Free Domain Mail only receives email — it never sends or forwards mail on your behalf. Public temporary addresses are deleted after 10 minutes; custom-domain mail is kept for 30 days. Attachments are never stored, only their name, size and type.
