이용약관

이 정책은 수신자와 사용자를 안전하게 보호하는 제한과 책임을 설명합니다.

What Free Domain Mail does

Free Domain Mail is a receive-only email service. It gives you a public temporary inbox and lets you receive mail at a domain you control; it never sends or forwards email on your behalf. The only outgoing mail the service ever sends is account mail — sign-up verification and password resets — and replies from our support team, both sent through Resend.

Public temporary addresses

Addresses on freedomainmail.info and freedomainmail.link are public temporary inboxes. Anyone who knows or guesses the address can read the mail that arrives there. Do not use a public address for anything you would not want a stranger to see, and do not use it to register important accounts. Messages in a public inbox are deleted automatically after 10 minutes.

Custom-domain mail and retention

If you connect a domain you own, mail addressed to it is delivered to your account through a catch-all inbox once you verify ownership with a DNS TXT record and point an MX record at our mail server. Custom-domain mail is kept for 30 days and then deleted. We never store message attachments; only their file name, size and type are recorded.

Domains on your account

Your first custom domain is free. Each further domain needs a paid plan before it receives mail. Domains that our support team has activated for your account free of charge stay free and are not part of a paid plan.

Paid plans

A paid plan is a subscription billed per domain, either monthly or yearly. The number of domains on the plan is the number of paid domains you have confirmed. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing from the app; the switch is applied shortly before your next renewal, and that renewal is billed at the new interval.

Price

Paid domains cost $2 per domain per month or $20 per domain per year; the first domain on each account is free. The price per domain is the same however many domains are on your plan, so your total is the price per domain times the number of paid domains.

Adding and removing domains

Your first paid domain starts the plan: you pay through Paddle's checkout, at the full price for the billing period you choose (monthly or yearly).

Once you have a plan, adding another paid domain shows the prorated charge for the rest of the current billing period, and nothing is charged until you confirm it. The new number of domains then applies to the whole plan, at the same price per domain.

When you remove a paid domain (for example by deleting it), it leaves your plan straight away. There is no credit and no extra charge for the rest of the current period; your next renewal is billed for the new number of domains at the same price per domain. If you remove every paid domain, the plan is cancelled at the end of the paid period.

Payment processor

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle handles payment methods, invoices and any sales tax or VAT. Your payment details are entered with Paddle; we never see your card number.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Paddle retries it. Your paid domains keep receiving mail for 7 days after the first failed payment. If the payment has not succeeded by then, those domains stop accepting new mail until it does. If Paddle cannot collect the payment at all, the subscription ends (it is cancelled or paused) and your paid domains stop receiving mail. Nothing is deleted when this happens: your domains and the mail you already received stay in your account, and the normal 30-day retention applies.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you can resume it before then. Any payment can be refunded on request within 30 days of that payment (see the Refund Policy). After those 30 days, a cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and the unused time is not refunded pro rata.

Who operates the service

Free Domain Mail is operated by Hoang Uy Household Business (Hộ kinh doanh Hoàng Uy), a household business registered in Vietnam.

Service availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. DNS propagation and the systems of senders and other providers are outside our control, and we do not guarantee that any particular message will be delivered or received.

Suspension and changes to these terms

We may suspend or remove an address, domain or account that violates the Acceptable Use Policy or these terms, without a refund of any related fees. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
