A CLEAR FIVE-STEP SETUP

How Free Domain Mail works.

Keep your existing domain registrar and DNS provider. We show the exact records your domain needs, then make the rest of the workflow simple.

01

Create your account

Use an external email and password. Your account keeps your domains and mailboxes together.

02

Add a domain you own

Enter the root domain, such as yourdomain.com. A unique TXT record proves you control its DNS.

03

Publish the five record groups

Add the ownership TXT, receiving MX, SPF, three DKIM CNAME records and a DMARC policy at your DNS provider.

04

Complete one final check

After publishing every record, run the final check. Free Domain Mail checks the complete setup together and keeps checking DNS while it propagates.

05

Create addresses and use Mail

Create addresses such as hello@yourdomain.com. Use Mail to read and send normal, low-volume messages.

WHAT YOU CONTROL

Your domain stays with you.

Free Domain Mail does not require a domain transfer. You add and later remove DNS records at the provider you already use.
